REFUND POLICY.
Donations
Donations made through the website are refundable up to 7 days following the donation being made. Requests must be sent via email to the info@outoftheweeds.org address. Refund requests made after the 7 day period will be handled on a case by case basis.
Event tickets
Tickets purchased for fundraising events will be refunded up to 72 hours prior to the event being held. Any requests for refund with less than 72 hours notice will depend on our ability to re-sell the ticket before the event occurs.
Merchandise
Merchandise purchased through our website can be returned for a full refund. Refund must be initiated within 2 weeks of receipt of goods with tags still attached and a copy of the receipt included. Refund requests should be submitted via info@outoftheweeds.org.
