It is our goal to support workers without healthcare protection or a safety net when they are forced to be out of work to heal, recover, mourn, or care for loved ones.

To provide financial and community support to hospitality and tourism workers during medical and family crises.
At Out of the Weeds we are passionate about the people in hospitality. The people who care for our communities on our best and worst days by providing a nourishing meal, a refreshing cocktail, and a space to leave the outside world outside.
